We believe in change
from the inside out.
Women and children who are homeless and hurting find refuge, restoration, healing at Owen’s House. All of our efforts center on rescue, redemption, rehabilitation, and reassimilation through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
EMERGENCY intake
Whether they are struggling financially, dealing with substance abuse, escaping a domestic violence situation, or simply needing a place to stay for the night, our doors are open. During their stay, women and children have access to food, clothing, toiletries, showers, laundry facilities, counseling, medical care, spiritual guidance, and more at no cost to them. Our guests are allowed to stay as long as they need.
LIFE transformation program
Women at the Mission have the opportunity to join our Life Transformation Program. This 12-month program integrates biblically-based education and counseling with valuable life skills and training. Mothers can participate in a 9-month program that provides biblically-based life and parenting classes. Daycare is provided in house for these mothers as they attend their lessons.
